Nothing on it is an offer to contract, and nothing on it is professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed services agreement, which prevails over these terms in the event of any conflict.
The product demonstrations on this site are illustrative reconstructions built to show how each product behaves. They are not recordings of a specific client's data, and the names, sites, references, and figures shown in them are fictional. Performance figures quoted elsewhere on the site (for example ROI multiples or time-saved percentages) reflect outcomes we have observed and are not a guarantee of your results.
Booking a session creates no obligation on either side beyond attending. We may need to reschedule; if so we'll offer an alternative. Please provide accurate contact details — we can't reach you otherwise.
The content, design, product names, demo videos, and marks on this site belong to Kestrel Iota LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own evaluation. You may not reproduce or reuse the material commercially without written permission.
