1. Agreement

By using kestreliota.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What this site is

This site describes Kestrel Iota LLC's services and products and lets you request a consultation. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, and nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed services agreement, which prevails over these terms if they conflict.

3. Demos and figures

The product demonstrations on this site are illustrative reconstructions built to show how each product behaves. They are not recordings of a client's data, and the names, sites, references and figures in them are fictional. Nothing shown is a promise of the results you will get.

4. Bookings

Requesting a session creates no obligation on either side beyond attending. We may need to reschedule; if so, we will offer an alternative. Please give accurate contact details, or we can't reach you.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Don't bulk-download the site in a way that strains it. Search engines and AI answer engines may crawl it as our robots.txt allows.
• Don't submit false information, malware or unlawful content through our forms.
• Don't use the site in a way that interferes with anyone else's use of it.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, product names, demo videos and marks on this site belong to Kestrel Iota LLC or its licensors. Other companies' product names and logos belong to their owners. You may view and share pages for your own evaluation. You may not reproduce or reuse the material commercially without written permission.

7. Third-party links

Where we link out, we don't control or endorse what is on the other end.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kestrel Iota LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Kestrel Iota LLC is registered, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
